AI² Robotics was founded and is led by Dr. Guo Yandong, a rare expert in China specializing in “AI + smart hardware.” Dr. Guo has led core R&D efforts at global technology and smart device giants including Microsoft, OPPO, and XPeng. The intelligent systems he spearheaded are deployed across hundreds of thousands of smart vehicles, hundreds of millions of consumer electronics devices, robots, and Microsoft's MaaS platform, generating tens of billions in economic value. Recognized as a National Leading Innovation Talent, he also serves as Adjunct Professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), wielding significant influence in both academia and industry.

Leveraging the founder's deep expertise in AI, smart terminals, and robotics, AI² Robotics rapidly attracted scientists and engineering experts from industry leaders like Microsoft, Google, OPPO, XPeng, and Momenta, as well as top academic institutions including Tsinghua University, Peking University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Carnegie Mellon University, and UC Berkeley.
